Overall we had a good time. A bit pricey for two rooms. A bit outdated but overall clean. Pool walls need cleaned. The pool is 3,5,7 and 9ft. Please dont leave your kids unsupervised in the water if you know they cant swim. No lifeguards! Wristbands arent the greatest idea as far as how they do it. People should be able to have guests for the entertainment center up to a certain number with a charge for the wristband. And they leave once party is over. Smart tvs would go a long way. And clean the balcony tables etc on a regular basis. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to navigate once you kearn the halls. Breakfast was good. Kids loved making their own waffles. Parents need to be mindful of their kids. Alot of unsupervised kids resulted in some rowdiness so to speak. All races in case anybody wants to think otherwise.

Started by having our ice bucket had water, cigarette butts in it because the tenant before us must have smoked in the room and cleaner didn’t catch that. Toilet screamed every time it was flushed. There were Kids running and screaming, no staff or parents holding anyone accountable. Weed smokers were everywhere. I was pretty sure breakfast was at 6 and we needed to get on the road at 6:15, to be told that breakfast didn’t start that day til 6:30. Was not a good stay.

Perfect Stop for Families with Kids

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to book — it’s a fantastic family-friendly spot! The pool, hot tub, indoor playground, and game room made it so much fun for our little one. We picked up food from the Mexican restaurant across the street and ate in the atrium while the kids played. The continental breakfast was also very good, which made our stay even better. Such a great place for families to relax and recharge.

I was embarrassed. I did t take any pictures of the hair in the bathroom because I didn’t want my friends and family to make fun of me staying at a quality inn. I didn’t want the proof of what I was subjected to in my phone.

The kids area with pool, games, etc is very fun for the kids!!! Staff was overall friendly. Safety is of HIGH concern — doors are all messed up, out side hotel in back where you can access your rooms quicker are is extremely dangerous. Security even told us not to park around the back!! Curtains do not go all the way down to the glass on windows so therefore you can see in each room. Safety was our major concern not only was the back of hotel extremely scary for us but the back hotel doors have been abused over time as you can see and they were NOT Locked. Anyone could come in and their hallways are extremely long making it difficult to avoid someone who would want to hurt you — you def have to take safety into consideration. It’s a shame because what they do have to offer the kids in the play area and pool is fun for them. The front of the hotel where check in is is really nice — as you head to your room - the Carpets are stained and it smells like urine and mild. Not all rooms have nice flooring. We kicked out and got nice flooring that wasn’t stained smelly carpet thankfully. Your room door will be wonky. You see door jams that are all bent and broken up. The safety latch on the doors will not keep people out if they really wanted in your room — they are all bent up and loose. Poolside rooms have little balcony’s. Great idea but run down and needs new flooring and cleaned up. The rails you hold onto going up and down steps to the pools area gross

Nice but needs some updates

It was okay for a night. The bed was more comfortable than we expected but there could be some updating done. The ceiling was a little discolored and everything just looked old. The bathroom was super small. Other than that it was a great stay we didn’t have any issues other than our room wasn’t ready at check in time but we understood due to a concert the night before and then being sold out and not having enough staff to make sure the rooms were clean in time. The front desk guy was super nice and even though he compromised and gave us a king size room it wasn’t the one we reserved but for the price that I had got it for we weren’t going to complain.
