Little mini family get away

My family had a wonderful time, hotel staff was wonderful and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean the only problem we had was the chlorine in the pools are extremely high, after we went swimming we were all super ill for hours after :( we literally went to sleep at 630pm till around 830 or so then woke up and felt ok but still alittle off with terrible headaches and nausea, but once we woke up we continued to enjoy our time there just didnt use the pool anymore

Nice stay…until I was stuck on the elevator

The conditions were nice and the room was a great size. My only complaint was only being offer IHG points after being stuck on the elevator. I would’ve preferred a partial refund of my stay but as I was dealing with a death in the family I decided to deal with it later

I paid for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and when we show up they tell me they only have 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with just 1 king bed. Said they have been booked for 6 days....but we somehow booked oir reservation yesterday???? The staff was no help. Rooms were clean and plenty to do aeound the venue.

Key cards did not work multiple times for multiple doors, did not get to use pool because of this and was inconvenienced. Cleaning staff was loudly complaining about their jobs and other coworkers out side my room could hear very clearly since was right by the elevator. Woman at front desk was nice though.
