Very clean and exactly as shown in listing! Nice neighborhood and nice area, easy to get to restaurants, grocery store, etc. ; Front bedroom mattress is hard; my elderly parents slept here and wished it was softer. Weird thing but important to some: the driveway entry is steep, so if you have a low vehicle, be aware. Thankfully we were in my husband's company car so it wasn't as concerning but it was nearly impossible not to scrape the bottom of the car/bumper when leaving (a Camry)

Home is clean and comfortable with the perfect location for our needs. The only uncontrollable issue experienced is that there is a steep driveway that will cause your car to drag if your vehicle has a low stance.
