We were beyond disappointed. The property was questionable upon arrival. Thereâs an empty overgrown pool right beside the rental. Stairs at entrance were scary, especially the railing. There was furniture that was stained and in disrepair. The toilet wasnât clean. One of the sink faucets was broken. The shower dripped. Only one out of six lightbulbs worked in the bathroom. There was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The lock on the outside door is something youâd expect on an out building. We asked for toilet paper, lightbulbs, a toilet brush that wasnât stuck in the holder, some comet and hand soap to replace the empty dispenser. We got none of it. We had planned to stay two nights but simply couldnât tough it out. We informed Victoria of the situation. Her response was âYou arenât coming backâ. Not sure if she was asking or telling. We requested a refund for the second night based on the misrepresentation of the property on VRBO. We have yet to hear whether sheâs going to do the right thing or not. It was BAD.
