Parking very safe. Staff very friendly. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel appearance is elegant. Only a couple of issues on breakfast: you need hotter pork sausage and soft butter. Other than that is was nearly perfect.

Room was dirty, couch and bed cover stained, staff was very noisy in the hallways. Bed was terrible, when I told the clerk at the front desk, he said “yea, I have heard that a lot” Breakfast was old and stale, very poor even by low BW standards. Overall, a terrible stay. It the only hotel in town and it shows. Drive right past it and stay in Easton.

The parking was right in front and the front desk associate Natalia was 5 stars through and through! Pleasant attitude bright smiles and even called later in the afternoon to ask if the room was ok! A wonderful 1 year wedding anniversary stay! Every time we seen her she said hi and have a good night! Even the housekeepers acknowledged us which was very nice! We only had one guy who didn’t acknowledge us at all but to be fair it was a really busy weekend about 2 weddings going on. The property was spotless and you can slightly open your windows for fresh air which was a huge plus! The only thing was that outside of the rooms you can hear absolutely everything and there were kids and parents talking very loudly for a long time. They left before our last night at the hotel. Our last night was quiet and peaceful and the beds are so comfortable that we barely left. The hotel is very accessible with a front drop off and elevators and stairs if you feel like it. Beautiful entryway decorated with care and the breakfast had eggs, thinly sliced bacon, yogurt, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, two choices of cereal and 2% milk only I believe, and different types of juice. There’s a little seating area but it was kind of full every time so we just sat in our room and ate. The sheets were so clean and pillows were nicely fluffed I can’t say thank you enough to the wonderful staff here. It must’ve been so much pressure this weekend to ensure all guests were properly accommodated great job!

The stay was fine, however, a few days after getting home I received marketing phone calls from Choice Hotels on my cellphone. That's a killer for me, and I'll look to take my business to other hotel chains in the future as a result. 1-star for this violation of trust.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, East Greenbush, NY. The staff was friendly. Some areas in the bathroom like toilet and bathtub look outdated. Room was clean. Facilities were nicely kept. Buffet breakfast was a little limited in hot food options; just eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more continental than anything. Gym equipment was a little rusty. There was excessive knocking like 2 hours before checkout time. They came to the room to ask if needed fresh towels and to take garbage out which is strange since it was so close to checkout time. There was a beeping sound on the 3rd floor and a complaint was made and the maintenance person came to fix it. Overall, it was a good place to stay overnight and get some rest.

Check in was quick and welcoming. The room was just right for us; plenty of space, bed made for sleeping, temperature easily controlled. Breakfast offered a nice selection for those in a hurry to those who settled in for a chance to dill up for the day.
