The reception desk personnel were helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast delighted my grandson. The breakfast assistants were kind to him. We enjoyed the suite and the amenities.

The prowery was very nice. Comfortable and we really enjoyed the room and areas of the holtel. The only issue we had was with thw service. We had to request multiple times and wait a very long time for some extra sheets for the bed. Multiple calls were requires for a set of sheets. Aside from that everything else was fine

Rude staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable, well kept.the only complain i have is when i was doing breakfast the worker take the light off on me while i was making my waffle,that was very rude also when i was checking out i ask the receptionist if i can get a bottle of water which is meant for quest she said no.very rude staff,i think they need to be train properly. Overall hotel was great.
