The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room could have been cleaner--there was hair on both beds. We did not have enough towels and washcloths. The ones we had were rather worn. Overall, a good stay for one night. Convenient to the airport.

For proximity to the Albany airport it cant be beat. However the first room we were placed in was substandard and i requested a change which was accomadated. The food situation was minimal. Again, very close to the airport so it serves its purpose.

We especially like going in to have the breakfast in the morning. The owners were there and were some of the nicest people you ever wanna meet! You could see the care taken and quality at this hotel on how management made us feel!
