The hotel was wonderful, the staff, room, even the breakfast was above par. The only issue we had was the pre paid parking. It was difficult getting into the garage, as well as getting out. We needed assistance from the attendant both times. Please look into this as the 6 digit code was ineffective.if we visit again I would prefer doing my own parking and using my own card for a less annoying experience. In fact, we paid extra as Sunday they do not charge until 12am Monday and we left early

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Very cozy and nice setup. Very nice staff and accommodations. Free breakfast , although it would be nice to have the option to bring your breakfast up to your room. Close to walk to downtown . We were in town for a concert at the empire live and it was only a 8 min walk. Easy check in and out.

Nice

Great location, new abs clean hotel. Not the hotels fault, but the whole area has a lingering sewage smelly throughout downtown, that seeped into hotel. Hotel itself was great.

Overall not bad but without any explanation they charged me double and told me they can't do anything about it. I felt i am robbed or something! I emailed the manager ( Shoaib ) and he ignored me not answering my email after 3 days! Not happy with that at all!
