Easy check in process.Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Adequately stocked linens. Included breakfast although the options were lacking. Finding the entrance was a bit confusing. Signage & directions to the entrance need improvement. Also, the system deactivates the room key cards the day of checkout even before checkout time! Had to visit the desk twice to reactivate the key cards. Overall, the stay was adequate for my family's needs. I would stay here again.

Property needs to be updated. Walls peeling, shower wasn’t cleaned properly. Pool room had an aweful odor and for it to be fall the pool was extremely cold.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. We stayed for two nights, and it was awful from start to finish. The entire second floor constantly smelled like strong Indian food — the odor was so overwhelming it gave me a headache. The first floor smelled like urine and dirt. It’s honestly embarrassing that the hotel even allows guests to walk through that. When we got to our room, there was a poop stain on the toilet seat — completely disgusting. Clearly, housekeeping doesn’t do their job properly. The pool area was just as bad: the water was dirty, freezing cold, and surrounded by a horrible smell that made us leave almost immediately. It’s obvious this place hasn’t been maintained in a long time. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The woman at the front desk acted like she hated being there, and I saw at least two guests complain and ask to switch rooms. I booked a king bed, but a few days before check-in, my reservation was changed to two queens. Breakfast was pathetic. Hardly any options, and the waffle maker took three full minutes for one waffle — the line never moved. It was beyond frustrating. This place is filthy, smelly, and completely mismanaged. The staff doesn’t care, the rooms aren’t clean, and the whole hotel reeks. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone. Save your money and go anywhere else. This place should honestly be inspected.
