It was cold and snowy and we had our dogs with us. so we were glad to get off the highway and get a room. Bed was comfortable but there were stains on the comforter. Parking was convenient, well-lit, and safe. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. But the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone had wrapped the smoke alarm in a plastic bag. The faucet in the bathroom was not fully attached to the sink. The water fountain in the main building did not operate. The clerk in the lobby was very kind and she provided us with drinking water. The property is undergoing remodeling, so I expect that a lot of the issues we observed will be corrected as construction is completed.

Check in was fine, room was worn but almost clean. But it reeked of cigarette smoke (a supposed non-smoking room). There were 2 different bugs spotted, (but no sign of bedbugs) so other bugs were not a big deal. Location was convenient for our needs and it was only 1 night.

I booked a suite with a King bed and a couch. The hotel was listed as pet-friendly, but when I got there, they put us in a small room with double beds and no couch, saying it was the only pet-friendly option. This was after charging us $20/dog, also not disclosed. We were looking forward to a fun vacation with our pups but feel we got a bait-and-switch. We stayed only one night and booked a different hotel the next night, since this was so disappointing.

Basically a truck stop motel. Room/ building smelled like mold and mice. Did not see and roaches or bedbugs thankfully. It was convenient for the time being but will not book again

The bed sheets were badly stained, and looked unwashed. A hole in the wall, windows did not lock and the front door latch had issues locking. We checked in, looked at the conditions and did not stay. We rebooked at another hotel. Charging $175/night for a hotel in that condition and not being clean is unaccetable
