Villa Mar & Sol is a charming 4-bedroom residence, situated in Vale Navio, a tranquil area just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira town centre. It is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the town and the beach.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a service bathroom and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, offering greater privacy and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the spacious living and dining room, perfect for family gatherings and socialising.



On the exterior, highlights include the fantastic heated swimming pool (additional cost), outdoor barbecue and beautiful gardens with countryside views. There is also a ping pong table, ideal for fun moments with friends or family.



Villa Mar & Sol is just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira town centre, the beaches and vibrant local life, providing a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



We recommend hiring a car, taking into account the property's location and, if you wish, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €100 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Perfect summer holiday

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the highlight. The pool is fantastic and the open plan living and dining area was great for our family dinners. We also enjoyed dinner at A Ruína with its great sea views.

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces like the barbecue area made our evenings very special. Vale Navio is a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing, but still close to everything. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Veneza.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden area, which were ideal for relaxing during the day. The barbecue and ping pong table made the evenings even more fun. The location was peaceful while still being close to Albufeira and the beaches.

The layout of the villa is excellent. Having the ensuite bedroom on the first floor gave us some nice privacy. The kids spent all their time in the heated pool. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Os Arcos.

We enjoyed staying in the villa, lots of space and fantastic garden. The pool area itself is amazing, really clean and inviting! Also loved the sunsets. For us, Villa Mar Sol was excellent, and I would certainly consider staying here again.

This villa was perfect for our group. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the en-suite on the first floor which felt very private. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up nicely to the living area. We enjoyed several barbecues in the garden, and we also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant nearby—highly recommended! Everything was spotless and the gardens are very well maintained.

The house was perfect for this stay, a nice garden, where we spend most of our time and a good bbq area. The inside of the house was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The rep was very helpful arranging transportation and answering any questions we had.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite spot, especially with the optional heating which made swimming so enjoyable even in the evening. The garden was peaceful and relaxing, and the BBQ area was perfect for outdoor dinners. We also appreciated how quiet the area was while still being just a short drive from Albufeira’s beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended for families!

We spent a week at Villa Mar & Sol with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is spacious, elegant, and has a very homey feel. Each bedroom was comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. We loved spending time outside by the pool and the BBQ area. The views of the countryside were beautiful, and it only took a few minutes to drive to the beach. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.

Lovely place to stay

The location is quiet and very beautiful, the villa was spotless and very well appointed. Lots of towels and bedding. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pretty much everything you could want is on hand. Very comfortable with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Lots of info on local services, activities and restaurants . Highly recommended.
