Located in a quiet area of Vale Navio, Olhos de Água in Albufeira, this house is part of an old tourist development that has been carefully transformed into a harmonious residential area, where modern villas and fully restored typical Algarve houses coexist.
Located on a dead-end street, it offers an unobstructed view and a calm environment, with the privilege of facing the arena — ideal for those who appreciate nature and even horse riding.
It is a house especially well thought out for families with children: completely walled, with a fenced pool and two ground-level outdoor areas with lawn, shade and space to play safely.
The Space
The house is distributed in a practical and comfortable way:
• Ground floor:
– 1 en-suite bedroom with shower, two single beds and a single sofa bed
– 1 bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed
– 1 full bathroom serving this bedroom and guests
• First floor:
– 1 spacious en-suite bedroom, with bathtub, double bed and access to a veranda with open views over the arena
– Direct access to the outside through stairs linking to the garden and swimming pool
The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with a fireplace and direct access to the outside, creating a very fluid living experience between interior and garden.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything necessary for a practical and comfortable stay.
The house also has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, free Wi-Fi and all essential amenities.

The exterior is, without doubt, one of the strong points of this house:

• Private swimming pool (heated at extra cost), with fenced area for children's safety

The centre of Olhos de Água is about 2 km away, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafés.
Worth noting is the Albufeira Riding Centre, just 400 metres away, where you can enjoy unique horse riding experiences.
Albufeira town centre is 6.5 km away and Faro airport is approximately 30 km away.
