Family oriented all inclusive resort in beautiful Albufeira. The water slides/pool area was fantastic. Breakfast/dinner buffet was great, lunch options lacking a bit. Staff was very attentive. Would easily stay here again for a wonderful family oriented vacation - If not travelling with kids, would avoid this resort.

This hotel gives cruise ship vibes, so if you don’t mind/like cruises, then this is for you! Great for kids - very good pools and facilities! Our room was massive and very comfortable, could do with a little maintenance (ie scratched doors and paint). The food was like a cruise ship too - buffet, not the best quality, but would stumble upon something delicious. Great location! There’s a vibrant strip heading down to a beach. You are about a 5-8 minute drive to old town which is incredible. Overall, I would stay here again. My 2 year old son loved it 😊

This place is amazing FOR FAMILIES! If you can't have a great family holiday here there really is something wrong with you... not the hotel. It's spotless, endless activities, wonderful pools including a quiet/no music/inflatables pool. There is different theme for food ever night with reliable basics to go with it. Nothing is too much trouble. The kids entertainment team is like from another planet, they clearly love their job and go above and beyond everyday. The spa is great and very reasonably priced. This was our 2nd trip and certainly won't be our last. The pool is 23c.... if that's too cold it's your issue... it's 30c air temp. Our room was cleaned daily, big spacious and well maintained rooms. Our safe battery had run out, fixed within an hour. It's definitely not for people wanting a quiet/child free trip.... it's called 'Jupiter family fun'

The rooms are adequate all seem to have a good sized balcony, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. It does have 10 floors, with a roof top balcony which gives amazing views across the town. However, no food is allowed up there which means you can’t settle in for the evening and enjoy them for long. It has 2 pool areas, which get very busy, but sunbeds are always available. The snack bar by the main pool doesn’t really offer much. Would Be good it had burger/hotdogs rather than just ice cream and crisps. (and soggy sandwiches). The pool bar is good. In general the food is good, and the restaurant is efficient.

This hotel is NOT a 5 star what so ever, we always try to stay 5 star where possible and wanted a quick flight from Newquay to Portugal to save our usual Bristol trek, this however backfired with a very average stay at this hotel, the gym was poorly equipped with no air con making it impossible to work out at any time of the day, the food was the same every single day all barring a change in meat every other day, the room rarely got cleaned and the standard of the room cleaning was pretty bad at best, most of the staff were pleasant and friendly but some were very miserable and didn’t appear to want to be there, and to top it off we got food poisoning along with others on the last 2 days, sad to say not the best hols we ever had but the marina and old town we loved so may come back but to a different hotel.

Had a great time. Not too far from the beach, but there is a hotel bus for transfer. We didn't take the hotel bus, instead took a taxi. Not much night life close to the hotel itself, but the strip wasn't too far by taxi 5 mins. Hotel is eco friendly. Elevator 1 E could do with some maintenance as it was bit noisy. Hotel was very busy with families with children. Had a great time. Lots to do with the kids, pool water slides, day and night entertainment also rooftop bar available.
