In this townhouse, there is one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, both comfortable and well-lit. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet, ensuring practicality and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, designed to make family meal preparation easy and enjoyable.



Outside, the large terrace features a seating area and a brick BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining with views of the pool and the sea. The property is part of a beautiful complex with two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by well-kept gardens.



Located near Páteo and just a short distance from Albufeira’s Old Town, this townhouse offers easy access to restaurants, bars, beaches, water parks and the marina, making it an excellent choice for families or friends looking for a relaxing Algarve getaway.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
