This is the worst hotel - avoid it. Room was so noisy I needed earplugs to sleep. The restaurant is a bar - with overpriced, extremely salty food. The mini fridge was fully stocked with alcohol, but no coffee or tea. Was told to wait until 7am until the bar opens, and we can charge it to your room. Will never stay here again. Worst hotel ever.

The only parking option is Valet -- very inconvenient, cumbersome, and expensive. There is only one small garbage can in the bathroom, and no waste baskets anywhere on the room floors or even the lobby, which was baffling. The rooms are cute, but could be better appointed than the West Elm-like furnishings.

We liked the hotel itself and the property. The staff was nice while we were there. We were charged for using mini bar (which we did not use) after we checked out.

**Valet parking is the safest option as the hotel is right downtown; the valet was very nice on our departure. The hotel had a very fun bar with signature cocktails. It also had a very busy restaurant that we did not try. ** Only problem was that the room didn’t have a way to make hot water for tea in the morning

Home away from home

At this point arrival is like homeboy from home. I spent more time here than I do with my actual home and I’m much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so warm and welcoming.
