Horrible bathroom situation - door is a barn door type that hangs on a rod and does not shut tight. It has frosted glass that really is almost transparent. No fan - all of this leading to NO privacy. There was NO coffee pot and the hotel restuarant did not open until 7 am and did not have room service. We need coffee earlier than 7 am. The bed is a wooden platform-type that, while popular in modern homes, is not good for a small hotel room. I had bruises on both legs trying to move about the room. Parking was expensive for Albuquerque (it's not New York, after all). Noisy - they keepd music blaring by the pool until 10 pm even when it's cool and no one is out there.The area was very noisy with cars racing through the night nearby. On the positive side - The location was nice in terms of ability to walk to restaurants/breweries. I like the soap dish in the bathroom rather than having to use the paper wrapper to hold the hand soap. They were kind enough to provide ear plugs, which were clearly needed. We will never stay their again.

I was surprised about the extra fee to pay for parking with valet service. It seemed ARRIVE was trying to act like a high-end hotel though it is clearly a family hotel …and very comfortable. I might understand having to pay for parking, but the valet service seems unnecessary.

Great stay in ABQ

As a local I wanted to check out this new business. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice. Super clean and the staff is really friendly. Nice pool and lots of food choices from the restaurant. The location is nice. Right in the heart of downtown ABQ. Valet is available for your car and the bed were super cozy!!

What I appreciated was the decor and layout; it isn't the cookie-cutter motel with drab and colorless decor. It had a nice vibrant and creative feel to it. What I didn't like was the attitude of desk staff at check-out; she was unfriendly and cold to the point of rudeness. The check-in had gone fine with info offered and a pleasant and professional attitude. The food was good, but somewhat slow. Should it take 20 minutes to make Avocado Toast?
