Front desk staff was great—he was friendly and helpful. However, the room was definitely older—still clean, though. You could hear everything from the room above us and outside our door (I haven’t had this experience at other hotels). We were also VERY disappointed because we had booked so the kids could swim, but the pool was FREEZING cold (couldn’t swim at all), and the hot tub was super dirty and the jets were broken. I won’t be staying here again.

Staff was helpful, airport shuttle was quick, location was close to airport. Beds were comfortable. We didn't experience the breakfast because of an early flight. Negative was the pool being closed without any notice, hair in our shower and on the floors. Only provided 2 towels for a 4 person reservation. Also the desk chair in our room was torn on the corners and tub was chipping as well as paint chipping. Was it a place to sleep, yes, but definitely could use some better attention to cleaning and maintenance.

Nice bed and good wifi. The hot tub was partially dysfunctional and there were loud children in it. The doors to the rooms need WD40. The guest dryer doesn’t work well. Overall, it was fine, but overpriced.

This is a very convenient, very clean, comfortable hotel with reasonable rates. Pick up at the airport with a call to the hotel. Excellent manager, Ingrid, and excellent associate Beverly! All went well and will return. Breakfast was solid.

You have a great staff especially Beverly and Tristan.you do take advantage of them. They shouldn’t be doing 2 jobs.when you send one out on a shuttle run you leave guests waiting at the desk for help.it is totally unacceptable. If they are doing g both jobs pay them for both.you should also think about improving your breakfast. That was unacceptable also.i am totally displeased with this hotels management. Shout out to both Tristan and Beverly for going beyond what is expected of them.they were the only positive thing about this hotel

The room doors do not promptly close, you have pull it closed. If you are not paying attention and walk away, someone could go into room easily to steal. Room smelled bad of cigarettes. Lightning is horrific. Lay off fluorescent lights, recommend softer lighting. Towels were stained.
