The original room wasn’t cleaned but they switched us quickly and into a clean room. Breakfast was great and airport shuttle was fast and efficient.

The place was very dirty, the curtains were stained, the shower curtain rod falling off the walls, carpets dirty, service mediocre at best. I was very surprised for the level of disrepair and indifference of the staff.

For some reason my room was a handicap equipped room-not sure why. It was clean but laid out kinda weird. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again-for the price yes but at the regular rate no. The decor is dated-lots of dark browns and grays. This is the first time I stayed at Hyatt.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick nights rest traveling across the country. The hotel bed was the WORST bed I’ve ever slept in. I weigh under 120 pounds and when I laid in the bed I sank in the bed as there was no firmness at all. Also there was hair and crumbs in the bed. Moments later I was itching around my ankles, which is a sign of bed bugs. I absolutely would not stay at this hotel and spend a couple extra bucks on a different hotel.
