3. EXTENDED STAY CLEANING FEE:
- For stays lasting 15 days or less the normal cleaning fee applies. For stays 30 days or less a one time cleaning fee of $130 will be applied, which covers the deep clean at the end of your stay. For stays 60 days or more a one time cleaning fee of $200 will be applied. This ensures we are able to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your stay. Once booking is confirmed, we will send request for any additional cleaning fee above the already charged $65 fee.
4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $250. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. 3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in case of last-minute cancellations.
4. There are two other units on the property. They all have separate indoor and outdoor spaces. All units are occupied by traveling medical professionals.
