Laundry units were out of order, all the towels and sheets had stains despite being "clean." Tub had hair in it and floors felt sticky. Having said that, breakfast was hot and ready before the balloon fiesta, shuttle driver was excellent, rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy. Close enough to walk back from the fiesta grounds. Stairs in hall could use a deep clean and there is not an elevator. Overall, decent experience. Could use some maintenance/ deep cleaning.

Front desk Luke very nice and professional but this Grossest hotel I have ever been to I do not recommend. Moldy bathtub, pull out couch was covered in food, hair, and red and yellow stains. The main bed had hair of all sorts.
