Room #117 bottom floor level and accessible from parking lot. Not a bad room, but needs attention. Bottom of the door is not attached to the door proper. The smoke alarm fell from the ceiling and did not appear to be connected when it was in place. Gave to unit to the desk clerk who told us it would be looked into apparently forgot to pass this on to the "look into" people. We were there four nights and it was still not fixed when we left. The room service had to be requested, something we were not told when checking in. We were given clean towels when requested and coffee when it was available. They allow people pulling trailers and large RVs to park crossways in the lot occupying numerous (6-7) parking spaces causing problems and inconveniencing other paying patrons. The spaces taken were prime out front spaces taken up by these inconsiderate individuals and allowed by the motel. On the plus side, the breakfast was to our liking and better than most mid range motels we tend to stay at when traveling. Not a regrettable stay, but could have been better.

Rooms were still being cleaned at 10:20pm when we arrived. Had to wait. The desk man was nice and apologetic. The tub faucet wouldn't stop running all night. Quilted bed cover was torn in places. The place is run down.

The room was gross dried human fluids and nasty carpets tried getting a refund but I guess it was too late. So we ended up just sleeping on top of the sheets. Go camping instead lol.

It was quiet even though sold out the weekend we stayed. They had a hot breakfast (which is hard to find these days as most are continental). Staff was very friendly. When we arrived, No towels in our room and lots of trash stewn around trash cans. Ants in bathroom and lots of grout missing in tiled areas of our room. Can certainly use some repairs. Otherwise, room was clean and bed comforable..

Lack of amenities. Couldnt get extra pillows. Elevator was sketchy, mechanically. Will say the staff was wonderful, and the room was very clean. However, there was a strong smell of bleach in the bathroom, and the linens.

There was a lot of hair in the room. Long, black, and curly/wavy. In the shower, it the sink, stuck to the wall. The carpet was very stained. The bed was comfortable. The whole place was dated. Staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

The first room was outdated and sink was leaking. The other room was very nice and much better. Some of the staff was nice and one wasnt so nice. But over all a nice place for the price and it was a busy full of events weekend.

We checked in at 6 pm and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our room. Short staffing and problem with rooms made for a long wait. Our room didn't have a functioning toilet and it took maintenance nearly two hours to fix the issue. The Pool and Spa area was also closed. There was no ice in the machine. Apart from all of this, the room was clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

dirty, did not appear the linens were changed, sink clogged, no soap, shower plumbing leaky; would NEVER recommend this place and it should be taken off Hotels.com; and armed security present as well; see elsewhere to stay
