Stayed here because it was Balloon Fiesta weekend and everything else was taken or crazy expensive. This hotel was so run down. Security guards everywhere so don’t feel very safe here. I had to ask 3 times for a clean sheet because the original one was stained and smelled like cologne. Avoid this place if you can.

The only positive thing I can think of about staying here was that the bed was at least mostly comfortable. The coffee that was provided with the free breakfast in the morning was more like brown water and lacked any coffee taste whatsoever. The overall condition of the property was not well kept. Our room was pretty disgusting. The top blanket on the bed had stains. The tile on the bathroom floor had multiple cracks. One of the lamps in our room had a burnt out bulb. When I went down to the front desk to ask for a bulb.Raj was working and he barely acknowledged my presence, let alone apologize for the inconvenience. The refrigerator in the room was unplugged so the food that we had needed to be kept cold, so I had to go down to the first floor, where the only ice machine was, and fill up the ice bucket to place that in the fridge to help get it cool down. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

Awful

Was put into one room then received knock at door from front desk receptionist stating she made a mistake and gave us a room that is supposed to be blocked. She stated she would move us to their best room with no additional charge for the inconvenience, had to relocate family and items to another floor, opened the door to the new room and room was muggy and hot no air on, windows were full of smudge marks and cockroaches were everyone coming from the toilet and running around the floor. Went to let her know we would not stay there and asked for refund she stated nothing she could do since booked through third party. She followed me outside to tell me if I call the hotel com before 3 am that if they call her she will approve of the refund because of what happened. Immediately got on the line with hotel.com customer service, rep had me on hold while trying to call hotel multiple times and stated he would continue trying and give me a status update, got response that the hotel line would not ring to the front desk so they wouldn't be able to refund until talking to someone. Called hotel customer service who filed a formal complaint as well. Still awaiting a call to discuss refund. This trip was for a family funeral and having a 2 year old where we had to relocate at 2-3 in the morning was a safety and inconvenience on a whole other level. So disgusted.

There were carpet tacks sticking up as there was no divider between the carpet and tile. I had to clean the toilet seat. The toilet was running constantly. The door from the hall to back to the outside to get to our door did not shut securely and the security box where you would tap your card to gain access was disconnected.
