Friendly and accommodating staff. Fulfilling breakfast. The room was a little smaller than what I was expecting but it was still comfortable. Rhe only down side was that it was under renovation and the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. But the location is safe which is the most important thing.

Room was full of mold, mirror covered in mold, shower curtain covered in mold. Not sure if that’s even legal. I didn’t make it 10 minutes before I left, fought for a refund then booked a different place.

Excellent breakfast, different hot and cold options, and tastes really good - perfect early start of the day, especially when you have a long drive ahead. I had a reservation issue where my reservation booked through Expedia didn't show in the Hotel's system for some reason, it was a bit frustrating as I also arrived late at night and just wanted to rest, but Cindy handled this very professionally and, even though it took a bit of time to work through this issue with Expedia support, she followed the process until she was able to check me in successfully. I hope they figure out how to prevent this from happening in the future. But regardless of the situation above, I would still love to stay at this Hotel again, the breakfast was really good and the room was comfy.
