The room felt a little neglected but the worst issue for us was the lack of outlet power. When we tried to use the hotels supplied hairdryer in the morning the power didn’t just got out (the switches in the power box were all on) but all the lights would flicker on and off when the hairdryer was on. In the first impression room looked nice but scenario got changed when we used kitchen sink. Kitchen sink drainage water started coming out to the floor. It was horrible.

Staff was very kind, amenities were nice, my only complaint is the room I think 1113 was loud due to highway noise. Even at night it sounded like people were drag racing. But other than that I was happy with my stay.

The main thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms and that they have a real kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove and oven. A great choice for an extended stay.

Our room was extremely dirty. You could tell several things were not checked since the last guests stay. There was what seemed to be cat food and cat fur all of the dining table and blood and hair on the curtains and sheets. The towels and products they left out were also already used. The hotel will not do anything for the dirty room or unwelcome stay we encounter.

Our first room was the dirtiest it had a lot of spiders and insects. Thick spiderwebs in the closet. Very dirty under the long window drapes. Window drapes had stains in both rooms. It smelled bad. It was not cleaned. I requested king size bed but we got 2 double beds. Transferred to a 2nd room and it still had bugs and spiders. Terrible experience. The price of the room is not worth it. I was told since I paid through a third party they can’t do anything about that. False advertisement on the hotel website where they show their best room. Best lightening and angle shots. Beware folks!
