I live in Albuquerque, the only reason I got these rooms is for my 9 year old daughter to be able to swim, as this was her birthday wish. Her birthday being in the winter, I needed a indoor pool. I wasted money I really do not have to not use the facility for what I needed it for. The pool was freezing cold along with the hot tub. Management was notified by multiple families of this, and nothing was said or done. I hope to compensated, even if its just another room, as long as the pool is working correctly.

Hello, my experience was rather average. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was clean, but it felt quite outdated. I found myself snowed in during a cold, dreary stay. All I craved was a hot shower to warm me up, but that’s when things took a turn for the worse. The water never reached a hot temperature; it was merely warm. Then, the shower tub began to back up. I quickly jumped out and slipped on my two-inch thick flip-flops, feeling as if I were at the gym or camping. It was truly disappointing!
