Staff were responsive and helpfuul. But room condition was a bit lacking. The heater didn't work so we were moved to a different room. In another room there was no hand soap and the shower head needed replaced. Peeling paint and some worn out furniture needs replaced.

We stay here almost every time we stay in Albuquerque. This hotel is very family friendly. It is very conveniently located near the freeway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has pancakes, bagels and cereal. There’s a hot tub, sauna and indoor pool. There’s also a laundry room. The staff is kind and efficient.

Rooms are clean, the full-time coffee and creamer availability. Continental breakfast is fair lot better when you get an opportunity to have eggs and bacon or sausage.

My stay last July was so much better. The room I had this time was very outdated. I was on the 2nd floor and the breakfast was all carbs and nothing gluten free. Shower so outdated I didn’t even use. People are very nice though.

Staff was great. Maddie at the front desk is always pleasant and courteous. We reserved 2 rooms and both were very cold. We turned on the heater and the room did not warm until around 4:00 in the morning. The shower water was cold in the morning.

The staff was friendly, but I had a bad experience because the water was out for many hours. The elevator entrance on the third floor was freezing cold. The pool needs more maintenance; the ceiling needs a good paint job and the windows need cleaning. All the guests should have received a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the almost 24-hour water shortage. Honestly, I don't think I'll stay at that hotel again; it was a bad experience.
