Located in the north of the island in a residential development, Manresa, known
for its tranquility and proximity to the sea and the town of Alcúdia.
At only 500m you can enjoy, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches in this area,
the beach of San Joan, a very popular place for residents.
Two-story house that has 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms.
Large dining room with direct access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and mountains.
Independent kitchen furnished and equipped.
Ideal house to relax with our climate and Mediterranean Sea, for families and group of friends.
Groups younger than 25 years old aren´t allowed.
