We got bed bugs of course the management denied that we could have possibly gotten them there figures we know for a fact we did 1500 dollars later for exterminator and the nitemare of getting rid of them with no help from this hotel

We did not end up staying. Hotel felt very sketchy! Not in a safe place. Forfeited the money, but better safe than sorry. We checked in and clerk was very nice. We hesitantly walked into our room. It had a strange smell. Appeared clean but still not very nice. My husband said that we weren’t staying even if we didn’t get a refund. Just did not feel like a safe place.
