Clean hotel.

This is a clean hotel. It's exactly what I expected with Hampton. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked. A great place for an overnight stay.

The staff was great. And the breakfast was awesome. The walls we could hear through ,and in the room above us, a little kid was running back and forth all night long. You can hear through the doors and everyone walking in the room above. We came there for sleep and we almost left to go to another place.

Laundry into the Night!

We were put in a room with a window that had a rooftop and brick wall 4 feet away. Could see nothing but the sky…a bit. Also the laundry room was below us and thumping all evening. They said it would be done at 9:00 pm but finally called them again at 10:50 because it was still going strong. Not restful at all! I’m not sure if we were given this awful room because we went through a 3rd party. Very disappointing because we usually love Hampton Inn.

Before I made a reservation for two rooms, I called the hotel to ask if they had connecting rooms, and if we can reserve them. I was told yes to both questions. The man on the phone just said to make the reservation on expedia and then call back and he would make the rooms connecting. I did as he instructed and everything was set for our stay. Fast forward several weeks and we arrive for our stay. Our rooms are not connected, and the front desk lady have me some serious attitude for asking what happened.
