Great hotel and super location

We arrived early or at 10:00 am and got our room already, which is not given but great start. Room was newly renovated and was awesome. Location is priceless. Swimming pool and the sunbath was great. It does not effect my 5 star review but here are couple of things that can be improved. First, no coffee/Nes Expresso in the room. Breakfast can approve, the bacon was chewy and cold. Same for the ready scrambled egg(gold). Destination to your room was long, probably good 5 minutes walk.

Perfect location next to beach, breakfast buffet is amazing with so many options and beautiful view of ocean in the dining area. Pool is great with view to ocean and little bar by pool. Room with ocean view was perfect with small balcony to enjoy view of both ocean and Castillo Santa Barbara . Loved the stay !

We were very happy with our stay, and would love to go back again soon. The housekeeping was very thoughtful but every other day the shower drain would get clogged and the water almost spilled from the tray (the floor outside was also very wet) I don’t enjoy having my feet dipped in shower grey water, and its not hygienic. I would like to advise that the housekeeping routine include daily shower / bath drainage cleaning as well. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.
