When we walked in right away we were greeted with loud music from the “bar” more like a night club to me. It was located directly next to the lobby. When we got to our room right away I recognized signs that gave me the impression that it was not cleaned well at all. That being said the main thing that made us turn and walk right out not looking back we’re clear signs of bed bugs when pulling back just a few layers of bedding. These brown spots were all over both beds. Disgusting would not recommend to anyone

Floods, ants and hand towels

This was not the best hotel by a long shot, the property was maintained but clearly showed its age. The carpet looked new but there was definite wear and tear evident everywhere . The room was mostly clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. Breakfast was interesting, not bad but there was definitely an air of this is what you get. Any item you wanted had to be asked for with the exception of coffee. So fine but weird. My room had issues with the shower curtain. The bar was bowed(by design) but this left the shower curtain to slide which resulted in a flood if one wasn’t paying attention to the curtain. I reserved a room for 4 and we were provided 2 towels. Getting extra towels was nearly impossible. I had to ask 4 times for more towels before receiving them. On my second night I came back to find ants all over my bed. I went to the front desk and after telling me it was highly unusual and I must have had food in the room- which I did not, they said they were all booked except for one room which when shown also had ants. We chose to remain in our room with bedding change and hope for the best. Made it through the night without any more ant issues. Was very happy to leave. I’m will definitely not ever return and will not suggest anyone else go there either unless everything else in the area is booked ( which it was due to college graduation) in summary I paid WAY too much for a barely above average hotel room I was not happy.

I had a fantastic stay at this location. There is a young man named Nick that checked me in. He was the most polite person Iet that day. Very professional, and warm personality. He went over and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable for the night. I definitely recommend. Ask for Nick

Overall its a good property, room was clean and we had all the essentials. The TV remotes were "dumbed" down to make the very nice large flat screen Samsung TVs work like they were from 15 years ago. The lobby was very noisy due to the resturaunt/night club next to it. Our room was not nearby so it was okay. At one point our keycards stopped working, went to desk, and the person upfront seemed indifferent to the situation. Understandable since it wasn't a big deal, but an apology at least would've been nice haha.

Honestly, this place was a disaster. Dirty, loud, completely unsafe.. Made it one night and had to switch hotels and they refused a refund for the two remaining nights. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Power went out for quite a while. I use a CPAP to sleep so I didn’t get much sleep during the outage. Once the power came on, the fire alarm went off for a while. No staff was telling us anything. So I was wide and awake and led to a sleepless night
