Arrived in town to find out there was a bike race and all the streets were closed by hotel. Called to ask how to get to parking lot, was told to park on other side of town and walk to hotel. Took 35 minutes to go around to other parking lot only for it to be full. Went to dinner on other side of town when got back to hotel had to go in to get a code to get into parking lot. Asked why they didn’t notify me of road closure, was told to check my email for information, did NOT have email, then asked to check spam was NOT there either. Instead of apologizing and maybe offering a drink or snack for the inconvenience nothing. Next day taking shower had very quick temperature changes in water, had to stop and stand back with hair full of soap because water was ice cold. Tried to call front desk but phone was not connected to any wires. When I went to front desk told them about water and response was we will let someone know. Not just inconvenient because of bike race but no customer service. Also floors where not clean in the closet or corner when I moved chair to sit and watch tv. All this could have been overlooked with simple customer service or guest relations.

Cozy & comfortable

Cozy room with a jacuzzi tub made up fir a long, rainy commute. Love that the gum & pool are so clise to one another. Highly recommend!

The only thing negative is where my room was on the second floor there is no elevator service. Had to walk the stairs. Not good for be with back pain. Everything was plus.

Really enjoyed

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room. Bed and pillows were ery comfy, and I'm pretty picky about both. Great location and really enjoyed being able to walk around Easton. Got to catch a market behind the hotel before check out. Great restaurants and theater nearby. Hotel, staff, and surroundings were great. Would definitely go back!

The best part: a very nice saltwater pool. The rooms were cold, and there were no extra blankets available. The lobby services are adequate. Snacks and beverages are available. The staff is helpful.

Highest praise for the Grand Eastonian!

What a beautiful hotel! I chose the Grand Eastonian both for its location and for the option to have a small suite. The prices were also extremely reasonable. When I arrived the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check in was quick. When we saw our room we were blow away. It was huge and had windows on three sides. Each view was amazing, and we could see the water and the city! I love that we could come back and have the option of ajoining rooms if we had a bigger group. The room was very clean and had so many amenities! We didnt have a chance to use the gym or pool, but i looked at them and they were very nice. Easton was great as well so I will definitely be back!

The jets in the bathtub in my room do not work . The room is too hot and the tv doesn’t work . I called to get the password for the WiFi and the tv is connected to the WiFi and has no internet connection so the tv doesn’t work at all
