The guy who gave me the check-in was in a bad mood, the rooms he gave me smelled horrible and the first one looked like they had used it, it was all untidy and the sheets in the two rooms were stained.

The property claimed it had no record of my reservation thru Expedia. It took about an hour to sort this out in the mean time they noticed I had a service dog and told me pets werent allowed. After explaining she was a service dog they kept finding reasons to not accept to reservation 1st it was because it was under my name but we paid with my husbands credit card. There was nothing saying that the reservation name and card had to match so I called them on that and they finally consented to allowing his card but the deposit had to be on a card in my name. I only carry one card for emergencies thankfully I had it with me. Then they had to get the manager on the phone regarding my service dog and both desk attendants were involved her coments were being relayed in front of everyone in the lobby they asked the 2 questions allowed by the ADA then said no shes only an emotional support dog I then had to tell them in front of a lobby full of people that a pyschiatrist certified her for PTSD thats against the law and was humiliating. So then they asked where her vest was I told them by law she isnt required to wear one they said she had to be leashed I said that was no problem. The phone and manger disappeared. This whole thing should have been done quietly with professional decorum not loudly in front of the lobby. The ADA laws were broken.I was given a room key not even offered the wifi password. RUDE staff! Then I ckd out at 7:15 am an got email at 3:50 asking when I would ck out

Outside is cute and well maintained. There was a computer glitch when we arrived. Fortunately we were able to check in,.unlike the 10 other guests waiting in the lobby. Hotel is worn, could use some updates. Its a no frills location. Room smells like fried fish

Great front desk assistant.

The front desk attendant Sam was extremely helpful. I had to move rooms and he took initiative and solved the issue and showed old school customer service. Very thankful for his assistance and a great attitude!!!

Very welcoming after axlong journey. Very polite staff. Quiet location. Clean rooms that fulfill your needs. Good, filling breakfast. We got there for a one night stay tired and frazzled, we left rejuvenated.

Service and breakfast were great

Came to Bethlehem for one night. Front desk staff were awesome: helpful and very friendly. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was better than most places. Sadly, the carpet and floors were damp and sticky; probably a ventilation and humidity problem. Still, nice for the price
