In the district of Paseo Marítimo Velilla, in a central, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, road to cross, south facing position. For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 10 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 13 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pedestrian zone, pub garden, bus stop 10 m, pebble beach "Velilla" 10 m, diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 13 km, marina 13 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 13 km, sailing school 13 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Nerja, La Herradura, Frigiliana, Granada, Alpujarras, Malaga. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada.
