"Mare Cubum" offers magnificent views of the bay from every room. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sea view and a second toilet, a cold / warm outdoor shower, an over-complete kitchen, a modern sunny living room with fireplace and 3 spacious terraces with sea views. Each bedroom has its own furnished terrace with sunscreen. On the ground floor there is toilet / guest bathroom with washing machine and on the first floor is the bathroom with Jacuzzi and great sea views from the tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and a modern fridge / freezer. Cubo del Mar is equipped with air conditioning, fans, satellite TV, WiFi and stereo with Aux IN .
The small private pool (4x3x1, 7 meters) is located directly on the cliff, in the garden there is a barbecue area under pine trees and a private sea access allows you to quickly get to the water or the beach. In front of the living room you have a private sun terrace and an outdoor dining table under pine trees!. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage. Max: 4 persons, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WIFI included,
