NOUVELLEMENT REMODELED

SituĂ© Ă  Alto Lakes Golf et Country Club Estates Ă  l'angle de Fort Stanton Road et Alto Drive, Ă  seulement 1 mile au nord de Ski Run Road et Ruidoso Winter Park Tubing et 5 miles au nord du centre-ville de Ruidoso. Cette maison de montagne par excellence est l'endroit idĂ©al pour des vacances en famille ou un week-end d'Ă©vasion. Rassemblez plusieurs couples et asseyez-vous autour de la cheminĂ©e pour regarder vos matchs de football prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s sur le mur montĂ© 70 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat situĂ© dans la grande salle. Asseyez-vous sur le pont avant ou gazebo et profiter de la vue magnifique entourĂ©e de grands pins ponderosa ou la terrasse arriĂšre et spacieux porche arriĂšre offrent un endroit calme pour se dĂ©tendre ou griller et dĂźner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Plongez dans le cadre paisible et privĂ© oĂč la faune abonde - cerfs, wapitis, dindons sauvages et autres animaux frĂ©quentent la rĂ©gion.

Ce lodge de deux Ă©tages peut ĂȘtre consultĂ© par des escaliers extĂ©rieurs ou la porte arriĂšre est disponible au niveau du sol d'un parking pavĂ©. Il offre trois grands espaces de stationnement pavĂ©s et un garage simple attachĂ©. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont situĂ©es au sous-sol.

La maison offre 4 chambres avec télévision à écran plat mural dans toutes les chambres, et une mezzanine. Les deux chambres à l'étage principal ont des lits King avec de nouveaux matelas. Au deuxiÚme niveau, il y a deux chambres supplémentaires avec 1 lit King size et 1 lit Queen avec un nouveau matelas. Il y a aussi une mezzanine avec un lit de repos et un lit gigogne.

Le grand salon / salle Ă  manger dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 70 ". De nombreux siĂšges sont fournis avec une table de salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, un bar de cuisine pouvant accueillir 5 personnes et un bar de fĂȘte pouvant accueillir 4 personnes supplĂ©mentaires.

Ne pas oublier de vérifier la salle de jeux avec une table de baby-foot et un jeu de fléchettes. Et une XBOX avec Kinect et beaucoup de jeux pour vos enfants à jouer dans l'une des chambres à l'étage. Assurez-vous également de voir notre totem sculpté à la main devant. Cette maison a aussi AC central et de la chaleur et une belle cheminée rustique avec des bûches à gaz.

Les principales voies d'accĂšs Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ© sont bien entretenues pendant les tempĂȘtes hivernales.
Lors de votre séjour dans ce lodge, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de Eagle Creek Sports Complex. Un service de conciergerie, une laverie et une salle de jeux vidéo sont disponibles.

Wedding Weekend at Noisy Waters

This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding. We had more than enough room for 3 adult children and a spouse. We enjoyed sitting out front on the great deck in the morning with our coffee and looking at the gorgeous view. We took a few walks around the area and saw the wild horses several times. Stuart was super helpful and got back to us right away when we had a question. The house was very clean and had all of the things we needed to have a perfect week.

Secluded

If you are looking for a place outside of and close to Ruidoso at the same time, this is it. Great front porch for coffee in the mornings and even a night cap. Secluded somewhat from neighboring houses. Spacious indoors equipped with everything you need. Great spot down the road to hang out (Noisy Water Winery) in the afternoon too. This is where we want to stay when coming to town.

I sent a message to the property manager with the issues we found. Too many to list here. The house itself was nice. It was not clean inside or out. Looks like it had been a while since anyone had been there. Needs interior doors repaired/replaced.

This is a lovely house, but it is somewhat dated. One room had a sliding door completely missing. The bathroom sliding door was difficult to open and shut. We enjoyed our stay but would pick another home if we ever go back.

Modern Cabin

We had such a nice time, everyone wanted to hang out at the property instead of head into town. It felt like a cabin w/all the modern conveniences needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place was super clean and the owner was very accommodating. The environment was magnificent and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for visiting w/each other and created such a relaxing atmosphere for morning coffee or an evening drink. The kitchen was fully stocked w/all the cooking supplies needed to make your meals and serve our party of 8. We didn’t want for anything the entire time we were there. I will specifically seek out this property the next time we plan on staying in Ruidoso bc of the location, the cleanliness and the open floor plan which was perfect for hanging out all together and catching up w/each other. I’m hoping next time it’ll be open for a winter visit
 I’m sure it would be even more beautiful surrounded by snow.

Great trip

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ruidoso- especially sitting out on the porch watching the deer. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family, which included 3 couples, 1 teen, and 1 kid. I gave four stars because some of the pocket doors in the house didn’t work. The two bedrooms on the lower floor both had door issues- 1 didn’t close all the way and the other was missing a door altogether- something that I would have liked to know ahead of time.

Great time in the cool pines

Had a great stay during a family reunion. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect for our breakfast and dinners. Appliances worked great and had all of the kitchen equipment needed and then some. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings with cocktails and seeing the deer walk right up. Stuart provided all checkin information and was available for all questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Dream Christmas Getaway

Given the awkward year, I knew I wouldn’t be able to see all the people I usually do for Christmas. I got my cousin’s family to come with us from TX to NM. 5 stars on every item isn’t enough. The cabin itself is gorgeous, the layout works great, the bed space is phenomenal, and the addition of the Christmas tree and decorations topped it off. It is located near all the activities but still where you will see deer, elk, and wild horses romancing near the cabin. It comes very well stocked (and we left any non-perishables we didn’t use for the next crowd). We were able to make a full Tex-mex Christmas dinner. We played game after game at the round table and warmed up by the gorgeous fireplace. The owner was super responsive , kind, and easy to work with. You could really tell he wants the people who stay there to enjoy the cabin as much as he does. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in this area.
