The pool was big and the kids loved it. Ended up having to go back to the room early because of the adults that couldnt even walk from partying. Had to help a missing kid find their mom who didn't seem to care when we did find her. Woman passed out in the hallway chair upstairs with puke running down her leg. Dog poop in the hallway. The rooms were outdated but OK. The bedframe is just ply board and the pillows are old. Mold and old coffee in the coffee pot. The front desk was fantastic though. Make sure to go early for breakfast or you'll miss out on all the hot food. Interesting hotel for sure.

Nice stay

The hotel staff were very nice and acted in a professional manner. The pool area was clean. Rooms were very clean. Our only issues were that the shower drain in our room was clogged so we stood in a couple of inches of water while showering, and the weekday continental breakfast had miniscule gluten-free options.

For the price we paid the room was very outdated. I did not know that the shower would be in the jetted tub either. The mattress was horrible to sleep on all in all for the cost. It was not worth it and I will not be going back there ever again!

Avoid at all costs

We arrived and checked in. Got to our room and it was 79 and humid. The thermostat did not work. Called the front desk and someone came down and after about 10 minutes of playing with the breaker box got it working. The next morning after breakfast we went back to the room to shower but the shower did not work. It took over 5 phone calls to the front desk and one hour before we were finally given access to another room to shower. When I asked for a partial refund at checkout I was told the office manager would have to look into it because I booked through hotels.com. I left my contact information for this person to call me back and 10 days later and two calls into the property I have not heard back. I will be trying to get a refund through a lawyer or hotels.com at this point. Would rather sleep in my car than stay at this place again.

There isn't much "Grand" about this property. I'm sure back in its' day it was nice, but it is dated, rundown and dirty. The room felt like I was in 1970, and it hasn't had anything upgraded since then. I was disappointed to spend the money I did, and I couldn't wait to check out.

Place was absolutely terrible. Set the thermostat at 68 at 9 pm at midnight it was 77 degrees in the room. There were hairs in the 1980s bathtub and honestly i wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy

Had a weeks long power outage, so we needed to stay in a hotel. It was pleasant, convenient and the staff was great!!! The loaded bacon & cheese fries in the Grouse are absolutely the best!!!! The bartender, Brea was fantastic!!!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast. The coffee was good but there was no waffle batter when I went up - my kids were able to make some before I came down. I tried to make oatmeal but the water was cold. I would stay here again though- the rate was reasonable , the room was clean, and the staff was super friendly.
