No one at the desk when I arrived and had to wait about 10-15 mins. Then the room smelled like old mildew, the heater/AC smelled the same, there were lights in the room that didn’t even work, not to mention the building itself is old and is in desperate need of a renovation. They charged me $220.00 for one night like this was a nice place but definitely a rip off. It’s a shame to call this place an Hampton Inn and Suites. This is more like a motel. No where near an actual HIAS standard. If you see this corporate do something about this place it’s an embarrassment to the name. I’ll never stay here again. I only stayed here bc I was exhausted but won’t make that same mistake again.

The room was very nice. We were visiting family and were able to invite the kids to the pool to swim. The staff was very nice about letting spring fourteenagers.To the swimming pool!

Staff was great. The room had a toilet that was running nonstop that I asked the front desk to look into. Cleanliness of the room, there was hair in the bathtub and on the toilet that never left the whole time we were there.

Very clean, quiet and ample room. The breakfast was delicious, the potatoes were perfectly cooked. The eggs were real and the selection was amazing of breakfast food. The front desk was friendly. The evening cookies tasted homemade and amazing. The rooms and bathrooms very clean and sanitized. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom had baseboards that were not attached. The toilet had stains under the rim. The water got outside the shower, which was not part of the tub. Internet Connectivity was Awful. The bed was king with only 4 small pillows. Towels were small and only 2.
