I stayed at Spark by Hilton and found the experience just okay. The hotel felt very average overall, and nothing really stood out in a positive way. The stay wasn’t as comfortable as I expected from the Hilton brand. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose this line of Hilton hotels again. There are better options out there for the same price range. I paid $130 on Black Friday night. Breakfast was next to nothing just bagel with cream cheese.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. I liked the body gel and shampoo containers mounted on the wall in the shower. I haven't seen that before. The TV was huge and the parking lot was close. I didn't have enough time to use the gym, but I looked inside of it, and it looked good, as did the pool. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it had an alarm clock. Maybe it was just missing from the room, but if not, this is a corner that shouldn't be cut. It would also have been nice if two pods of coffee were included instead of one. It was another corner that was cut. The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet. So there you go! I drove from Denver to Georgetown, TX, and spent the night in Amarillo. I will probably stay at your hotel again on the way home later in the week. I also thought it was reasonably priced. Joe H.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Very late check in so we were unaware. Woken up in the middle of the night to the blinking light of the smoke alarm. No beeping just flashing, blinking light about every 15 seconds. Lost lots of sleep. Informed morning staff. Offered an apology.
