Very lovely place to stay

Check in was easy. The representative was very friendly and nice. The housekeeping staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel offers onsite guest laundry room. Close to a few restaurants. A very lovely and inviting front yard area that offers grills, chairs, picnic tables, and a firepit for guests to use

Not so good. The lighting in the rooms was about as awful as you could imagine. The bed was uncomfortable. The sparseness and overall lack of any ambience was regrettable. The road noise from nearby I-40, and the thinness of the walls and floors made for a noisy evening.

Ok budget hotel but could have been cleaner

This is an ok budget hotel. Comfortable beds but the bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was stained in the middle rust color and had some pink mold in the corner of the tub. Breakfast was carb and sugar loaded with no straight protein like eggs or meat, or even plain oatmeal or light yogurt, plus no fruit. Staff were courteous. Ask to stay on the front courtyard side if you decide to stay here. Back side has no where to sit or be outside nor would you want to.

Bedside table was missing. One tiny bar of soap for both sink and shower/bath. Bathroom door would not close without extreme effort. Breakfast buffet had no eggs.

For an overnight stay and the price I payed it was very nice. Bed was comfy and everything except one towel was clean (that one towel had some pet hair stuck in it, but it was washed just not thoroughly)
