Certainly, they gave me one of the worst room of the house. The hotel needs an urgent remodel. Carpet super old and dirty. The furniture stain and old. Ceiling had visible water damage. The window of the room need some kind of seal because the wind could filtrate though it. I could not sleep because whistle of the wind and to top it off there was not much hot water. I am not staying in this hotel again!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. After a long day of driving we appreciated being greeted immediately by a friendly face and quick service. The pool and spa were amazing, room extremely comfortable and the lobby had the charm of a mountain lodge. Very nice!
