No elevator, only outdoor access, filthy grounds, the lobby is the only clean portion. This was definitely not up to La Quinta standards by any stretch of the imagination. The first room they issued had black smudges on/around the restroom handle and flakes/crumbs on the floors. The second one had yellow staining and body hair. They dont clean these rooms, and the baseboards and corners are all black from aged dust/dirt. It was the middle of the night and we had no other options for miles... The floors were sticky and stained our socks. No allergen friendly options in the menu. This was a rough stay. Wouldn't ever return.

The room was horrible, smelled really bad. When we went to use the bathroom, we noticed water underneath the tile around the toilet and realized the toilet was leaking from the bottom. The horrible smell was from the sewage because the toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and leaking from the bottom. We brought it to the attention of the employees at the front counter and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have any other rooms available. I was so disappointed and angry because they didn’t even show concern or offer a refund or discount on the room. Unfortunately we did not sleep in the room, actually ended up sleeping in the car and left the very next morning. I would never recommend this location, staff doesn’t care.
