Personnel médiocre

Très déçu de mon séjour. J’avais réservé une chambre confort avec un grand lit, mais j’ai découvert à mon arrivée deux petits lits. Je suis descendu à l’accueil pour demander un changement, mais le personnel n’a montré aucun intérêt et m’a simplement indiqué que l’hôtel était complet, promettant de voir avec la responsable… j’attends toujours des nouvelles. De plus, ma chambre donnait sur un balcon et l’une des deux portes ne fermait pas, laissant la chambre accessible depuis l’extérieur. Là encore, aucune réaction du personnel. Pour couronner le tout, j’ai trouvé une dizaine de punaises dans la chambre. C’est vraiment regrettable car, mis à part ces problèmes et l’attitude du personnel, l’hôtel est très beau et la salle de bain est superbe.

Dejligt hotel men udfordring med værelset

Meget venligt personale. Fik et skønt værelse, men problemet var, at der var underholdning på hotel med musik samt musik fra nærliggende restaurant, der gjorde det umuligt at sove. Fik et andet værelse langt under standard og størrelse i forhold til det, vi havde bestilt, men vi fik hjælp. Dejlig p kælder til 5 EUR, men også gratis P udenfor. Der ligger et pizzaria og et brasserie i gåafstand.

Séjour de 2 nuits en chambre supérieure, chambre belle, literie excellente mais ménage fait dans les grandes largeur du style chambre inoccupée depuis un moment, poussière sur tous les rebords, même sur les tasses et sous tasses pour thé ou café, cafetière comprise... De plus système réglage hauteur pomme de douche hs, réglage d'un spot en tête de lit hs. Au final, l'expérience aurait pu mériter mieux mais déçu de la propreté. La prochaine fois, ce sera réclamation! Trop gentil...

Super neues Hotel. Wir waren mit Kindern dort, die sofort schwimmen waren. Wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer. Alles super neu und super sauber. Die 2 Restaurants sind in der Nähe zum Laufen (2 Minuten). Alles was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Klare Empfehlung!!!!
