Decent hotel! We didn’t receive any towels at first, needed to go to the reception and ask. Also the glasses in the kitchen area were dirty, so we didn’t use those. Overall the room was clean at least. Very good location!

The staff members were very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and will intro discussion sites and restaurants. I had a room facing the backyard and there actually is a Neighbor’s Magnolia tree in the garden area. And it was blooming !

Spent a week at the Neighbours Magnolia Hotel, and it was an OK property, but if one takes the price into account, I would rate it as below average. Water in the shower was warm at best, with absolutely no water pressure. I brought this issue to the front desk 3 times, but nothing was done about it. If you are not at least 6 feet tall, good luck reaching a towel hook or seeing yourself in the bathroom mirror. We were on the basement level, and people (not sure if they were just people on the street or guests) liked to sit outside the bedroom windows at night and have loud conversations with each other or on their cell phones at night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very cozy hotel, for us it was perfect because we needed a room for three adults. We got a room with very comfortable beds and a mini kitchen with all we needed to cook. A store nearby for food and drink supplies. We had a great time and the staff was nice and helpful, all of them but a special mention for Casper.
