Convenient location close to Disneyland. We arrived around 9 am and we were able to check into our room right away, which was very much appreciated. We could unload our suitcases and put our perishables in the fridge before heading to Disney. The motel is nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable enough for one night. We booked a family suite which had 1 queen bed in a separate room, and 3 double beds in the main area. Only one small chair to sit on which was not great for 4 adults. No place to sit other than the beds. A sofa would have been nice. Overall it was ok, and more economical than other hotels in the area.

Good location....that's it!

Staff was very friendly, and the location was great....that's about it. Reserved 2 rooms for a family of 6. BOTH rooms were very dirty and in need of general maintenance and upkeep. Very rundown. Holes in walls. Furniture in dire need of replacement. Floors made our feet and socks black from filth. Hair & band aid in tub drain. Pulled out one of the nightstands to plug in our charger....EEK, that was a bad decision. VERY noisy with sounds from both the street and adjacent rooms. I have no idea how this hotel has a 'GOOD' rating on hotels.com. If I could have received a refund on the spot, I would have moved my family elsewhere.

Good two room setup with three real beds (not sofa or bunk). Functional, but not fancy. Very convenient to parks and food. Parking was easy. Need to work on cleanliness of bathroom in particular.

There was a lot of black mold in our room and ac units, cracks in the ceilings, water damage on the walls and ceiling. TVs didn’t work bed sheets had huge stains on them on both beds and in both rooms we stayed in.

Walkable to Disneyland. Asked for 2 blankets and were brought right over. Only problem was, the tub was very clean so was going to take a bath but the stopper didn't work and when I looked up at the shower head to take a shower it was dirty and moldy. But the room was clean. It did have a microwave and small refrig in the room which was important to me.

This property is a good value, as its name suggests. We had a corner unit and it was huge. The room appeared recently renovated and was very clean. It was about a 20 minute slow walk to Disneyland. There are many food options nearby. We were able to leave our vehicle in the parking lot on our check out day, just had to pay for parking.

Full review pros and cons

Called ahead to ask about parking before check in since we were going to disney. Manager said yes park beforehand but check in first. Tried for almost 40 minutes to check in no one who worked there was seen. We had to write a note about it on our car Windsheild (along with several other people). Manager finally answered the phone around 4pm stating "someone is at the desk 24/7 and our car should be fine". Checked into our hotel later in the day two of the outlets had no covers and our room (located on the 2nd floor) was titled to one side with a lot of cracks on the walls and ceiling. Room wasnt very clean and the toilet was gross and very yellowed in areas. Bed was uncomfortable and the walls were very thin could hear everyone doing everything from 6am on. Most of the lights in the room didnt work either. Towels were mainly hand towels and super thin. Pros: it was cheap and a 8 min walk to the toy story lot across the street for the shuttle to disney. The manager let us park the next day as well since we went to disney 2 days.

The property smelled like a closet that had not been aired out in years, and there was hair and dust on the floor in all of the corners of the room. The towels were so old they were transparent, and the remote control and telephone did not work- even worse after I let the owner know about the problems he just smiled and did not reply. The office smelled just as bad as the room, and the owner is the only one on staff and left a note a couple of times on the counter asking for customers to return in a few minutes because they would "be back soon." Very unattractive, dirty, non-funtioning room, I have never written a review on a room however I must suggest to whoever reads this that to choose another option.
