A Stay with Highs and Significant Lows Our 9-day stay had its ups and downs. The main clerk was incredibly attentive, always delivering what we needed. The location was also very convenient, feeling safe and calm. However, our room was a major letdown. The online pictures were deceiving; the room felt dated and had a weird smell. Both the queen beds and sofa bed were stiff and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was so bad, we had to buy a Walmart cover! Despite advertising internet, Wi-Fi barely reached our room, making work impossible. A huge disappointment was no room cleaning for the entire 9 days. Furniture also had visible damage, like a table with a huge hole and a filthy, cigarette-burned sofa bed. The bathroom was a partial positive, appearing renovated with good water pressure. Though, a cracked window with exposed nails was concerning, even if high up. Overall, while the clerk and location were good, the dated, unclean room, uncomfortable beds, and poor Wi-Fi significantly impacted our stay.

The places was dirty, as soon as I open my room door you can small the old dirty bed sheets. Stains everywhere specially in the bathroom like if they never clean. cockroach in side the room grab my things and left the hotel with my family the next day.

The check-in was fine. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. The door wasn't aligned with the manual lock so it didn't have the secondary lock for safety. The window curtain frame was damaged and being held by a zip tie. Asked to be given another room due to the condition of the room and was told ok and that they would call me in an hour. I never got a call.

If you are looking for just a place to sleep then shouldn't be a problem, however the sheets seem like older thank goodness we brought some of our own. They didn't have a lot of place for trash, only 1 towel, the shower curtain liner was dingy and not clean. We werent there alot as we were at Disneyland but just wish it was a little more updated and cleaned thorough.

Remember. You get what you paid for. $134 per night for up to 6 people less than 10 minutes away from Disneyland? Oh you best believe it'll be too good to be true. Usually the issue with places like this is the lack of stuff in the room. Either lack of furniture or decorations or even extra stuff like a fridge and coffee....well they had all of that. What did they not have? A clean bathroom. Clean towels. A ventilator in the bathroom?????????? I cant image the mold buildup in other rooms if this is what we had. The cleaning looked worse than a child. Young children will clean only what they see and whatever they dont see isnt their problem. Well even the crap you can easily see wasnt cleaned. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The folded bathroom towls were blatantly used by someone prior with makeup. Someone spulled some type of liquid that ran down all the drawers and it was never cleaned. Sticky and disgusting. So unless you dont plan to shower while there I wouldnt recommend it. If you can find literally anywhere else to shower I guess the price is good. Only 2 stars due to great front staff. Dont know if I can say the same about the cleaning people.

Blood and fluids all over the pull out couch, stains and discoloration on the towels, pillow cases, and sheets. Hair everywhere (and not head hair). Freezing cold water even after letting it run for 10 minutes. NO IDEA what the red spots on the walls are from but it can't be good half way up the side of the wall. Save your money, run! As soon as we left, we went straight to the laundry mat to wash EVERYHTING we took into the room, couldn't be dirtier. So glad we left for somewhere new.

Service was fine. The reviews make it seems like it’s a great hotel. The doors and walls paint was peeling, the towels and bedding had stains on them. The bathroom door didn’t close you had slam it shut. The bathroom had mold. When showering water didn’t even come out hot. I hope they work on these issues.
