Facilities are long overdue for a renovation. Many things are old and some of the mattresses have stains and smells bad inside the room. Besides there is no ventilation in the restrooms.

Front desk staff was very friendly, great walking distance to the parks. Biggest downfall is if you stay in a room that has not been remodeled it’s very used old and dingy. Since we were not in the room much, it was OK but if I was on a different reason for my vacation where I was spending more time in the hotel. I would’ve asked for a new room.

Great as always. The hotel staff is always nice and accommodating. The room was great and the air conditioning was ice cold so when coming back to the room after being in the Disneyland heat it felt like a welcome change!
