Wouldn't stay again

Our room had a dirty pull out sofa bed which we wanted to use but couldn't, the breakfast food was not as good as we remember, and when they cleaned our room they moved my personal things around which made me feel uneasy. Not staying here again.

I like that it fits my budget for my big family and has 2 bathrooms for the family suite. It also has free breakfast! It is an older hotel and is being renovated.

I have stayed at this property in 2023 and 2025, and although you are gradually updating your rooms, the room suites which I have stayed in have not been on the list as yet. The rooms clearly need refurbishing. old wall paper, mismatched tiles, sink counter stained, and musty smell to A/C unit every time it came on. Our stay was very nice, good breakfast options, courteous staff, and a quiet room. Proximity to Disney a plus.

Breakfast was a good selection: I loved the fresh veggies to add to your potatoes or eggs. We had the last room before renovations so you could tell if needed upgrades but that didn't effect our stay. I was impressed with like a sound proof doors since we were on the 1st floor 2 doors from the dinning room, we didn't wake up once from families entering and exiting and I'm a very light sleeper! 2nd night our keys didn't work to enter and we had to go back 3x to get it re-registered. They have overnight security checking parking passes, so it felt secure and safe. Looking forward to staying in the refurbished rooms!
