I arrived early and they had a room ready for me so I was able to go ahead and check in. That was great. I also enjoyed breakfast which changed every single day. The variety was quite a bit considering I had never eaten so much food at the best Western But cleanliness was great the pool to pools the kitty pools and the sauna Jacuzzi was clean. I could see the guys check in the water daily towels were available every single day. The staff was friendly the lobby, clean coffee available all day in the lobby safe because everyone had to show their card in room number in order to go into breakfast Walking distance from a Denny’s and other foods places in delis. Right across the street from Disneyland it’s still a walk about a 10 minute walk or 15 minute walk to get to downtown Disney fireworks every night so as far as being quiet, it was kinda hard so if you’re looking for a completely quiet place, this is not it. It’s off the main Avenue and Disneyland is right across the street so it’s not always quiet people coming back from 12 AM in the park. It’s not really that quiet but you can get a good night sleep.

Everything was perfect ! The breakfast was big and delicious, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were amazing and we were very close to Disneyland . Staff was very friendly Couldn’t have asked for anything more !

I like that the property has free continental breakfast and only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The only bad part about our room was that the AC unit is super loud and sounds like its going to break any minute. Also the room felt and smelled really humid even after having the ac on.

My father is in a wheelchair and the room for handicap was not accessible for him. The handle bars they installed for toilet were too far back for my father to grab. He was not able to use the toilet in his room. Instead, he had to be wheeled all the way outside to find a restroom that was equipped for him. We spoke to the maintenance person who worked there to make him aware of the situation. Because of this major inconvenience, my father decided to leave early. Unfortunately we are still obligated to pay for the 3 full nights, which is even more frustrating. I’m very unhappy about this
