The room was clean and spacious. Included parking is a nice benefit. None of the vending machines worked and there was no drinking water available anywhere in the hotel. The only option was a refill station by the pool, but we didn't have water bottles to refill.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disney's entrance with restaurants and convenience shops nearby. It's definitely older and run-down. The beds are very firm and the room smelled musty. It's a budget hotel for sure, but not terrible.

The door didn’t have a chain lock- felt unsafe. Shower was awful- low pressure and water temperature was wonky. Rooms were so loud with people walking outside and upstairs. Felt very outdated.

I told the manager at check in that I wanted a first floor room due to my blood pressure issues. He kindly upgraded me to a large suite on the first floor! It was a beautiful room! I felt like a Queen at the Castle Inn! Thank you, it was much appreciated!
