Love the kitchen in each room. We did not have time to cook meals, but we did utilize the microwave, toaster, sink, freezer, fridge and dining area. I love it has a fireplace with living room area, but it was not cold enough to use and firewood was not provided anyhow. I liked the free breakfast provided and that the ART bus drops off and picks up right on the property feet from the front lobby and there was no cost for parking. I did not like the limited options offered for breakfast. My room door was mal-aligned and had poor door weatherstripping that allowed cold drafts coming from the top, sides and bottom (you could see the light coming in the dark room at night). We taped dirty towels on the door to cover the poor door seals. I was disappointed that we were told the ART bus did not drop off at Angel Stadium directly. The kitchen did not provide soap or baking sheets. The room smelled musty and old and was not vacuumed properly of debris left on carpet. I was not told at check in that the staff enters the room on the 3rd day of any stay to take out trash and dirty towels. Housekeeping is done only on request. I noticed whoever entered the room, went through the boxes of snacks I had stored in the kitchen cabinets. I was also not told ahead of time there would be a $250 deposit that would place my bank accounts funds on hold and they resort fees would be deducted from this deposit with the remainder of the deposit released back after 5 working days.

Reasonably priced family friendly

We stayed in a Bi level loft. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are convenient for families. They offer a good complimentary breakfast with a lot of variety. It is about a mile walk to Disney parks one way, but it is a well lit trail with other tourists in a safe area. Uber is also an easy option.

15 Min walk to Disneyland and area. Good views of the Disney fireworks from the property. Too much chlorine in the hot tub an if you book on a third party app like Expedia you are charged a "resort" fee of $35.17 daily that is not conveyed anywhere until you reach the front desk. Felt like like minor extortion!

Good Budget Hotel. Nearish Disneyland

Clementine is one of the best values for your money if you want near Disneyland but don’t want to pay to be right by it. Hotel gets busy and pool will almost always have people in it. No ice machines at hotel and the in-fridge ones won’t give you enough ice to use. You can walk to Disneyland from this hotel, BUT you won’t want to walk back at the end of the night when you’re tired. For that get a closer hotel. Rooms are great because they’re like studio apartments. Overall, I would stay here again!
