I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite at Desert Palms Hotel & Suites through Expedia, and it was a complete nightmare. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy, dark, and poorly maintained, with stained bedding, which to my shock and horror is only changed every 4 days. Staff were rude and unhelpful, breakfast was terrible, with plastic and paper dishes with tinned fruit and watery eggs. The noise from outside started at 5 a.m. daily. The hotel is totally misrepresented online instead of a 9 it should have a 0 score. Extremely disappointing avoid at all costs.

I love staying here. They are so accommodating. It’s an 8 minute walk to the park. 35 minutes from both airports. Pharmacy’s right across the street. Always a really great experience here!
