Our stay was good overall. The gentleman who helped us at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us tips on the fastest walking route to the park, which we appreciated. The room smelled fine upon arrival and was fairly clean (about an 8/10). However, the sheets had some stains, there was a stain in the mini fridge, and the air vents could use a bit of cleaning. The bed was moderately comfortable (7/10), while the sheets and pillows were around a 6.5/10. The walls are thin—we could hear neighboring rooms’ Rokus clearly. This didn’t bother us much since we’re heavy sleepers, and after long days at the park we were exhausted anyway. We did request housekeeping for bed-making and a light cleanup, but they didn’t come until around 3:00 PM. By that time, we were back in the room resting and chose not to be disturbed. Since we were out of the room by 7:30 AM, it would’ve been nicer if service had happened earlier. Parking spots are small but manageable. One of the biggest positives is the location—it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the parks, which made it easy to head back to the room for breaks during the day. This is a great place if you’re mainly looking for a spot to rest and sleep, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a hotel meant for hanging out. Overall, I would stay here again.

We had zero hot water. The front desk moved us to another room however the water never got above a lukewarm temperature. Very disappointing considering all we wanted after a long day at the parks was a nice shower. Rooms were pleasant just unfortunate that we couldn’t get hot water.

The room was clean, but sparse. There was no lamp on the nightstand. The refrigerator was very loud. It took a long time to get hot water. The noise from the street was very loud all night long. There were no parking spaces when we arrived, forcing us to park in an undesignated spot which felt unsafe. We were concerned that our rental vehicle was going to get hit or broken into. We woke up on a holiday to loud construction going on below us somewhere in the hotel. We ended up leaving a day early.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly but the beds were very small and stiff, advertised as queens but definitely much smaller. I did like how close it was to Disneyland though!

Dec 20-24, 2025 This was a 3-day Disneyland trip with me, my daughter, my sister, and my nephew. We try to take a Disneyland trip at least 1 time each year at stay at Good Neighbor Hotels (on Harbor Blvd). This was the first time we stayed at Eden Roc (on the resort side of Disneyland). We had a wonderful experience! We stayed in the family suite on the 2nd floor. The rooms were updated, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed…including plenty of outlets for charging needs. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear street noise. But, nothing earplugs, noise canceling headphones, or 10 miles park days can’t remedy! For us, after a long day at Disney, it wasn’t an issue. Light house keeping occurs every couple days, but full house keeping service can be done daily upon request, at no additional charge. The front office staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The walk to security (entrance to Downtown Disney) from the hotel was about 10 minutes (this is walking at a pretty quick pace). Once through security, the walk through Downtown Disney, to the park gate, is about another 5-10 minutes. The entire walk is lit well and felt very safe to Downtown Disney, with minimal crowds compared to the hotels on Harbor Blvd. It is hard to find a room that accommodates all our needs, that is that spacious, and a very reasonable price! We will definitely consider staying at Eden Roc again and would recommend to others!
